Shipping Information

Shipping policy

Since 2019, we have grown. Some products like the Snugglies are shipped worldwide and some products are only shipped in the USA. You can find this during checkout.

The below information can be useful

Processing Times:
Monday to Friday, orders are processed end of day Eastern Time. Orders that come in after 9:00 PM EST are processed the next day.

Orders that are placed after Friday 9:00 PM EST, are processed Monday morning (early AM) after the weekend. 

Tracking Information:
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Please note that after receiving your tracking number it can take 3-7  days for the tracking system to update. This is because the package has to clear customs, and once it is entered into the system by the respective country's postal system (ex: Australia Post or USPS) tracking gets activated further and you should be able to see further information.

Standard Shipping Times:
SnugglyOfficial has partnered with the leading international shipping companies. These are current average times (+ or - 4 days due to Corona Virus)

USA and Canada: 5 - 20 days

Europe: 8 - 20 days

Oceania: 8 - 20 days

Latin America: 9 - 26 days

Other countries: 11 - 30 days

Notice: There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Delivery:
In some instances delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Please kindly submit an email to our customer support team (support@snugglyofficial.com) if you do not receive your order based on the timeline above and we will do our best to resolve any situation we have control over.
